Marketingand digital development
A puzzle that changes right in your hands. I solve it so that marketing, sales, service and accounting come together into one system.
How I see marketing
Marketing as the core of the whole business
Marketing on its own can bring in leads. Money appears when a lead reaches sales without being lost, the deal shows up in accounting, service brings the client back, and the head of the business sees all of it as one picture. It’s like a Rubik’s Cube: every piece is held by the core in the middle. For me that core is marketing, and six centers sit on it: product, sales, service, accounting, team and IT. I build this kind of system and add the IT layer it is missing.
What it’s made of
Six faces that only work together
This is not a list of CV skills but six planes of one task. A product without a channel doesn’t sell, a channel without analytics doesn’t pay off, analytics without a team doesn’t turn into decisions. The cube is solved — the only thing that changes is which face is turned toward the task.
StrategyWhere we’re going and how we win.
How it came together
Twenty years came together into one picture
Every job is its own piece of the puzzle that fits perfectly into the bigger picture of professional growth.
Twenty years of practice
Every job is its own combination of experience
Agencies built up my strategic skills, Nokia — product and communications, Infobip — leadership and strategy.

What I believe in
Principles
Behind every purchase and every business decision there is a person. Marketing that works starts with understanding their real needs, whether it’s the end user or the decision-maker. Data, segmentation and research are tools for speaking with them in their own language.
Marketing that works starts inside the product. When brand and product are inseparable, promotion comes naturally. My job is to build a system where growth is repeatable: processes, metrics, team, tools.
AI agents, AI engineering and automation are not an experiment but an everyday tool. Lekom’s digital products, from dashboards to predictive analytics, were designed and built through AI engineering. It doesn’t replace the team’s expertise; it amplifies it and turns ideas into reality many times faster.
